Bonuses & Promotions

rs999 offers bonuses and promotions for its members. However, each bonus is subject to specific terms, and failure to comply with those terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements (Betting Conditions)

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied to the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Only the deposited funds may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once from the same member, IP address, or device.
• Transferring bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.
• rs999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Gameplay & Fair Play

rs999 believes in fair play. All games are operated through balanced and impartial technology. Players must maintain mutual respect and honest conduct.

• Before claiming that a game result cannot be verified, please contact the support team.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the game software is strictly prohibited. Any winnings obtained in such circumstances will be cancelled.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using multiple devices or windows is prohibited.
• If a game is automatically cancelled due to a network disconnection, the rs999 system record is final.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If such activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Registering using a false or misleading identity.
• Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software to play games.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

rs999 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If suspicious evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found.
• If identity verification cannot be completed.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.
